* Accuracy: We strive to display our colors and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
* Safety Warning: While we design our garments to be free of hazards, parents/guardians should always inspect clothing for loose threads or wear-and-tear before dressing an infant. Use of our products is at the customer's discretion.
2. Ordering & Payments
* All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized/illegal transaction is suspected.
* Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Shipping & Delivery

* Address: Lovelybees is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges

* Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
* Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at our registered contact number with photos of the damage.
5. Intellectual Property
* All content on this site, including logos (the Lovelybee bee), text, and images, is the property of LIVE APPARELS and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
* Lovelybees (Live Apparels) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
7. Governing Law
* These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala.
Important Tips for You:
* Fabric Care: Live Apparels aren't responsible for damage caused by improper washing (e.g., using harsh bleach on delicate infant cotton).
At Lovelybees , we understand that parents have enough on their plate. We aim to make our shipping and return process as simple and gentle as our fabric.
1. Shipping Information
* Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
* Shipping Rates: * Standard Shipping: [ ₹75 or Free on orders over ₹999].
* Express Shipping: [₹150] (Available for select pin codes).
* Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, your package should arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location in India.
* Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number once your order has vanished from our hive and is on its way to you.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you aren't satisfied, we are here to help.
* Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
* Condition of Items: For hygiene reasons, items must be:
* Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
* Equipped with all original tags and packaging.
* Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on innerwear or items showing signs of use (e.g., baby formula stains or scent of laundry detergent).
3. How to Initiate a Return

* Provide your Order ID and a brief reason for the return.
* Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address or arrange a pickup (if available in your area).
4. Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
* Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake (sent the wrong size or a defective piece), we will buzz right over to fix it! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
